Online inquiries and CEO feedback
When you submit the form, we store the information you choose to provide in order to respond to your inquiry, review feedback, handle complaints and follow up. General inquiries and CEO feedback are kept in separate areas. CEO feedback is accessible only to the CEO and to people the CEO authorizes when they genuinely need it, and it is not automatically forwarded to anyone it mentions.
What the form stores: the receiving area and topic, the reply email, name, organization, order/project number and message you enter (all optional except the reply email for general inquiries), the page language, the page you came from, any selected product or panel ID, and the version and time of your confirmation of this notice. The form does not accept attachments. We do not send automatic receipts to the address you enter; replies are sent manually from our company email.
Emails sent directly to info@zyenrabio.com or ceo@zyenrabio.com are handled by our company email service. Email and the website form are separate channels; emails do not automatically appear in the website system.
Necessary security measures
To prevent automated abuse and protect the system, we run a security check and keep limited security records related to access and submissions. Even if you leave your name and reply email blank, necessary security logs may still be created, so the form should not be considered fully anonymous.
The security check uses Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open the contact page, your browser loads the check from Cloudflare, which processes the browser and network information needed to complete it; our server sends the check result and your IP address to Cloudflare for verification. Network addresses in security records are stored as keyed hashes. Verification tokens, passwords and message text are not written to security logs.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies and loads no marketing trackers. The contact page sets two necessary security cookies: one protects against cross-site request forgery (zyenra_csrf), and one supports submission rate limits (zyenra_form, containing only a random ID and expiring after 12 hours). Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own necessary storage to complete the check. The website's internal system sets a separate login session cookie for authorized staff, used only on its own path.
Language, topic and search state are handled in the address, without persistent local storage. Unsubmitted form text is not saved to browser storage.
You decide what to share
CEO feedback does not require a name, organisation or reply email; without contact details we will not be able to reply to you or check details with you. To protect privacy, please do not submit patient identifiers, identifiable medical records, raw genomic data or unnecessary third-party information through the form.
Email and WeCom communications are handled by their respective service providers. We receive what you choose to send and use it to respond to you.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a non-public location on ZYENRA's own cloud server and backed up regularly. Only authorized people who sign in to the internal system with two-step verification can view them, and access to CEO feedback is authorized separately from general inquiries. Retention periods and deletion rules will be published in this notice once confirmed by the company; until then, submitted records are not routinely deleted.

ZYENRA products and services are for research use only (RUO) and are not for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions. Platform content, sample types, measurement scope and deliverables follow the project plan agreed by both parties. Panel catalogue designs are in partner validation; availability follows formal release.
