RESEARCH SERVICES
From sample feasibility and assay scope to data analysis, the ZYENRA research services team works with you to define a research path that connects each stage to the question you need to answer.

Assay design, sample conditions and analytical objectives shape the project. Choose a direction to explore workflows and their current status.
SINGLE-CELL DNA & MULTIMODAL RESEARCH
Three options: targeted DNA, DNA + protein and custom projects. Choose target regions (see the panel catalogue) and protein markers, then agree deliverables after sample assessment.
Investigate genetic differences between cells, variant co-occurrence and population composition across selected targets.
Targets, variant types and analytical scope are defined for each project.
View the panel catalogueRelate targeted DNA variants to selected surface-protein signals in the same cell to study genetic subclones and their protein phenotypes.
Protein markers, sample compatibility and joint-data requirements are defined for each project.
Explore D100Assess experimental conditions and analytical feasibility for custom combinations addressing specific questions across molecular dimensions.
Configuration, assay scope and deliverables are designed per project.
Discuss a custom projectThe biological question and sample condition, DNA targets, protein markers, group or longitudinal design, and cell populations you want to compare. Cell numbers, viability and delivery formats are set during assessment.
RNA & CHROMATIN RESEARCH
Choose readouts around the question; each workflow is designed separately.
Study cell composition, expression profiles and state differences to support comparisons between populations.
Define enrichment content for agreed RNA targets in the context of your question and the underlying workflow.
Study chromatin accessibility and differences between cell populations as one dimension of regulatory research.
A workflow for joint expression and chromatin research, with sample conditions, configuration and deliverability assessed separately.
An extension toward gene expression and immune repertoire research; assay scope and deliverability require project-specific confirmation.
R100
Follow the path from cell suspension, capture and barcoding to library preparation, sequencing and analysis.
Explore the R100 platformShare sample source, preservation, available material, study groups and the core question. Tissue dissociation, nuclei and fixed inputs each require compatibility assessment for the selected workflow.
SPATIAL OMICS
Discuss sample feasibility, chip format and analytical needs for tissue structure and spatial expression research.
Use tissue sections, morphology images and spatial barcodes to investigate molecular readouts in their tissue context.
Discuss sample assessment, spatial experiments, library preparation, sequencing and analysis. Deliverables for each stage are agreed before the project begins.
Explore Spatial chips & workflowsSAMPLE FIRST
The current input scope is fresh-frozen, OCT-embedded tissue. Pre-fixed or paraffin-embedded samples are not accepted. Discuss tissue type, preservation, sectioning conditions and the region of interest first.
Spatial transcriptomics is the current standard service; spatial ATAC and spatial protein can be discussed per project.
BULK OMICS & CUSTOM PROJECTS
Choose a bulk assay around your research objectives and discuss analyses that complement other experimental information.
Discuss sequencing plans around the research subject and target regions, defining material, library preparation, coverage requirements and analytical scope.
Investigate overall expression differences between samples, beginning with sample quality, study groups and comparison design.
Study population-level chromatin accessibility and discuss differential analysis and interpretation in the context of the experimental design.
Start from the study design and plan sample allocation, experiments and analysis together, combining bulk and single-cell approaches per project.
Discuss a custom planHOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Define objectives, sample groups, assay content and the comparisons that matter.
Assess sample conditions, compatibility and any pilot work, then agree the project scope.
Coordinate experiments, library preparation and sequencing under the agreed plan, with relevant quality records.
Deliver agreed data and analyses, discussing scope and limitations alongside quality metrics.
DEFINE THE DELIVERABLES
Deliverables can include raw data, quality reports, agreed analyses and method descriptions; the exact scope is confirmed with you for the selected workflow.
File formats, acceptance criteria, timelines and pricing are agreed before the project starts.
LET'S START WITH YOUR QUESTION
Please share the sample source, study groups, the measurements you need and your existing lab resources, and we will discuss the workflow, feasibility and project scope with you.
